First Years were excavating cookies in Ms Kirwan's History class on Friday, putting the practical element of archaeology into practice. They mapped out their cookies first and then carefully excavated as many chocolate chips as they could find (using toothpicks!!) and then recorded their finds in their log books. We are facilitating " Don't Be Mean Behind The Screen" workshops for First Year students on Tuesday, May 7. These workshops specifically address the Issue of Internet Safety and Cyberbullying among young people.

Congratulations to all of last year's Third Years! On Thursday and Friday they were awarded with their JCPA Certificates at Award Ceremonies in the School Library. This was a meaningful event organised by Ms. Barrett - the Junior Cycle Coordinator. In attendance were members of Senior Management. Cupcakes baked by various class groups were enjoyed by all.
