Congratulations to Shane from Transition Year, who won the U16 Long Puck competition on Monday on Mount Leinster representing Setanta Hurling club. Shane will go on now to represent Carlow in the Leinster Long Puck final which will take place again on Mount Leinster on July 8th.

Carlow Youth Orchestra and special guests from Carlow College of Music performed music from Movies and Video Games 'A Night At The Movies' under the direction of Majella Swan. Well done to Zena, Edward, Sarah, Agnese, Mikey, Sophie, Alex and Kris.

Congratulations to Maksym 1AS and Timmy 2AP who have been selected to represent Ireland in the Celtic Cup Tournament in Scotland this June. This is a great achievement. The two boys are also representing Carlow in the Kennedy Cup in Limerick. This is a great achievement. Well done!

Presentation College Tractor Run took place on the 12th of March this year in aid of Éist Cancer Support Centre. Students who organized the event managed to raise an amazing €5,702.75 for the charity. Glen Burke (Sixth Year) presents the cheque to Éist Service Manager Lorna McGrath last Thursday, also pictured are Fifth and Sixth Year students from the organizing committee.
