Presentation College/Gaelcoláiste Carlow: 2.6 Scoil Aireagail: 4.10 Pres had plenty of heroes on the day with Callum Nolan Swayne and the McGrath twins, Josh and Alex, playing a leading role alongside team Captain Jack McDonald, while First Year student Danny McMahon had an excellent game, finishing with 1.5 to his name. Presentation College sent an excellent group of students to the Chess Tournament in Knockbeg yesterday. We competed against FCJ Bunclody, Tullow Community School and Gaelcholáiste Cheatharlach and St. MAry's Knockbeg College. First Place - Dibsan Rijal Second Place - Albert Nawrocki Third Place - Séan Bradley
Team Awards: First Place: Leo Bramrock, Owen Zhou, Dibsan Rijal, Séan Bradley and Albert Nawrocki. Second Place: Keelan Reynolds, Dylan Byrne, Marc Mulhall, Eoghan Brennan and Masrafi Islam.
