Student Council will hold a bake sale on Friday 17th April in preparation for our Walk In My Shoes day which will take place on Friday 24^th April. Both card and cash payments accepted.  Students and teachers can bring cakes to Room 30 on Friday morning.  Thanks to everyone for donating cakes etc, you will each receive a free raffle ticket for our big raffle at our WIMS day.

This Tuesday, four Student Council Representatives Rose, Belle, Abjan and Joy attended the Carlow Regional Council in Carlow College. They participated in various workshops and discussions on regional and national education issues. Click on the heading or below for the full report.

On Friday, our Student Council will host our first Walk In My Shoes event.  You are all asked to come to school in your PE uniform wearing funky shoes!  The W.I.M.S campaign aims to promote positive mental health, reduce the stigma around it and encourages us all to walk in someone else’s shoes for a while and therefore be more conscious of the struggles that others may be going through...click on the heading for more information and photos!
