The Board of Management is very pleased to welcome the approval by the Department of Education and Skills of substantial additional accommodation for our school, based on a long-term projected enrolment of one thousand students.
The construction stage of phase one has now commenced. Phase one additional accommodation consists of three classrooms plus one Science Lab.
This approval by the Department of Education and Skills is testament to the progression and development of the school over recent years and is a strong indicator of the reputation and status of the school moving forward. The provision of the additional accommodation will ease the annual oversubscription for places in our school and will enhance the top-class facilities already available to students.
Our school community looks forward, with excitement and anticipation, to the further development of Presentation College.

Our Annual Awards Prize-Giving Ceremony took place recently to recognise all the achievements by our students both academically and through extra-curricular activities throughout the year.
The awards ranged from Sporting Achievements, Musician of the Year, Student of the Year, AILO/AIPO, Student Council, CEIST, Bridin Quinn, Amanda O'Mahony Memorial German Award.
It was very uplifting to recognise the continuous hard work being done by all our staff and students both inside and outside of the classroom, particularly during a most difficult year.
We congratulate all our worthy award winner recipients and thank them for always representing themselves and our school with such pride and honour. We wish them all the very best in their future endeavours. Click HERE for information on the awards and photos.
