Last week the Headstrong Mental Health Committee and Ms Cumiskey began work on a padlet, inspired by one they had seen through CDETB.
Attached you will also see our first Headstrong Bulletin with some simple tips and suggestions on managing stress, nutrition, and links for support services. Over the coming weeks we plan to put together other simple and hopefully helpful tips on study skills, managing ourselves and staying well for students and staff in our school.
It would be fantastic if any of you have any additional suggestions that we could add to our Inspiration Wall. Please feel free to forward on links and we can continue to build it.
