Presentation College/Gaelcoláiste Carlow: 2.6   Scoil Aireagail: 4.10

A combination of hurlers from Presentation College and Gaelcholáiste Carlow were defeated in the South Leinster Final by Scoil Aireagail, Ballyhale on Friday last. Played in the Kilkenny GAA centre of excellence at Dunmore, the Pres produced a rousing and spirited performance to match the occasion but ultimately lost out to a very talented bunch of hurlers from South Kilkenny.

Pres had plenty of heroes on the day with Callum Nolan Swayne and the McGrath twins, Josh and Alex, playing a leading role alongside team Captain Jack McDonald, while First Year student Danny McMahon had an excellent game, finishing with 1.5 to his name.
