Our Senior Camogie team combined with Gaelcholáiste Ceatharlach had an impressive win Monday to make it a clean sweep of 3 wins altogether. They have topped the group table and now progress to the Leinster Semi-Final. This is a massive achievement for the girls and the first ever Leinster Camogie Semi-Final for the school. Well done to all those involved. Coaches: Ms Kinsella and Ms Maher.

Well done to our Senior Ladies Football team who have now qualified for the Leinster Quarter Final after beating St. Pauls S.S Monastervin on a scoreline 4:10 - 3:7. The girls now play Ramsgrange C.S.

Congratulations to the current and former staff and students involved in the historic win at the weekend. Bennekerry/Tinryland were crowned All-Ireland Champions in Croke Park after a simply majestic performance.

Congratulations to our new Volleyball Referees. Ms King organised referee training for thirteen students This involved theory and a practical part followed by an exam. Well done to all our hurlers who were part of the combined Carlow Town / Setanta U16 Division 1 Winning Champion Team who were recently presented with their medals. Guest of honour on the night was Marty Kavanagh from St. Mullins (Club) and Carlow (County). Special mention to our own Sean Nolan - Most Committed Player and Peter Lynch - Player of the Year.

Well done to the Under 19 boys’ soccer team who recently beat Tyndall College on a scoreline of 5-2. The lads came back from being two goals behind in very cold and wet conditions. Well done to all the players involved for their hard fought win!
