On Friday the sixth of March our Second Year CSPE students and some of our senior Politics and Society students gathered in the library to learn about the life and work of an MEP. Billy Keppeher MEP answered questions and kept the students engaged in an informative morning. Many thanks to Mr O'Mahoney for organising. Thanks also to Mr McDermott for many of the photos. Ms Byrne's 2AS CSPE class had made posters which were on display and the EU flag as well as the Irish flag were flying at the entrance of the school to mark the occasion.

Well done to the Minor Boys Soccer team, who comprehensively beat Borris College 5 - 1 at SETU on Wednesday. Borris brought a very physical game however our lads were up for the challenge. The lads are now through to the Division 1 Carlow/Kilkenny League final where they will play either St. Kieran's College or Tyndall College. Stand out performances from Tire Adeleye, Temi Adetoro, Jamaal Adegoke and Patrick Cranny.
