This lovely video came in from John Paul Payne, Chairperson of the Carlow Pride Festival Committee, following contact by Caitlin Baker. John Paul answers questions from Caitlin in relation to growing up as a gay man, the challenges faced, the transformation in Ireland, the importance for everyone to stand up to bullying behaviours and the challenge we can all take on to make a difference in many aspects of life and society.
