A huge well done to the Aloysius Foundation who travelled to Waterford recently to represent Presentation College at the SVP South East Regional Youth Day.

Over two hundred schools showcased their work from over the past year. Our students had an excellent stand and a brilliant oral presentation.

Transition Year student, Ciara O’Doherty, wrote a song especially for the event. She performed it with the group accompanying her for the chorus. It made such an impression on the representatives present that our students were invited up on stage later on in the day to perform it a second time. This time the whole arena sang along!

Officials of the South East SVP movement have even suggested that they may use Ciara’s song as their official SVP campaign song so watch this space!
