Over eighty Fifth Year students recently attended the UCD Ambassador Day as part of the activities organised for students by the Careers Department in Presentation College. This was an opportunity for students to explore the courses and facilities on offer in UCD.

The programme began with a welcome presentation in the John Hume Building. The welcome presentation lasted for approximately forty-five minutes and offered students a comprehensive overview of the courses on offer in UCD and what they can expect from their time studying there.

After the welcome presentation the students were brought on a campus tour led by UCD Student Ambassadors who are current UCD students, selected for the Ambassador Day programme based on their high academic achievement and their involvement in all aspects of student life in UCD. These high-flying students were able to offer the Presentation College students a great insight into the world of UCD.
