Well done to the athletes who competed in the Leinster Track and Field Events last Wednesday and Saturday. A total of three gold medals and three silver medals were won over the two days. 

Gold Medalists:

• Danny Lawlor won gold in the Senior 800 metre
• Grace Lawlor won gold in both the Inter 100 metre and 200 metre

• Keith Noctor took silver in the Senior 400 metre hurdles
• David Lawlor won silver in the Inter 2000 metre walk
• The Under-16s 4x3 elay team of Nathan Walsh, James McGrath, Conor Heffernan and David Aston also won silver
