Minor Boys Soccer won their first league game on Monday VS Tyndall 7-0. Match report by Aisling Connolly and Sophie Moran.:

The game started at a really high intensity, with Presentation College taking control early and creating several strong attacks. The Presentation defence stayed solid, not allowing a Tyndall player through.

Tire Adeleye opened the scoring with a great goal, finishing a brilliant pass from Patrick Cranny to put Presentation College 1–0 ahead. As Tyndall grew into the game and pushed forward, Presentation stayed strong. Tire Adeleye then delivered a fantastic corner which Mael O’Rock headed into the net, making it 2–0 just minutes. before half-time. O’Rock struck again from another corner, giving Presentation College a 3–0 lead at the break.

At the start of the second half, possession was more evenly shared, but Gabriel Almeida de Souza picked up the ball, took a shot, and placed it beautifully into the back of the net to score a wonderful goal. Tire Adeleye then added another goal after brilliant build-up play from the Presentation midfield. O’Rock went on to complete his hat-trick, and shortly afterward Adeleye also secured his own hat-trick, making the final score 7–0.
