Today is Ceiliuradh CEIST Day. This week the annual Ceiliuradh CEIST was celebrated throughout the school in Religion classes with activities celebrating themes such as Home, School, Parish & Community. At the front of the hall, students created a "Gratitude Wall" using hearts of love to remind ourselves of those we are grateful for to have in our lives. Yesterday, some of our First Year students created "Thank You" cards for teachers and staff to recognise all the support and kindness that our school displays in many ways on a daily basis. Other classes attended Mass in Askea Church. Our Transition Year students created some positive little messages along with a treat for our Sixth Year students before they commenced their Mock Exams. A very nice touch and greatly appreciated. Ms Kelly's students showed their gratitude by gifting members of staff with a flower they planted. This was accompanied by lovely notes and letters of gratitude. Today, we celebrate all the brilliant staff in Presentation College, who go above and beyond to ensure our students are cared for, looked after and given the best opportunities possible. Our students are blessed to have so many dedicated and amazing staff members. They enjoyed some buns at break-time to thank them. A very special 'Thanks' to Ms Maher for her inspiration and coordination of this wonderful event.
