Congratulations to our new Volleyball Referees. Ms King organised referee training for thirteen students This involved theory and a practical part followed by an exam. Well done to all our hurlers who were part of the combined Carlow Town / Setanta U16 Division 1 Winning Champion Team who were recently presented with their medals. Guest of honour on the night was Marty Kavanagh from St. Mullins (Club) and Carlow (County). Special mention to our own Sean Nolan - Most Committed Player and Peter Lynch - Player of the Year.

Well done to the Under 19 boys’ soccer team who recently beat Tyndall College on a scoreline of 5-2. The lads came back from being two goals behind in very cold and wet conditions. Well done to all the players involved for their hard fought win!

Green Schools

Ms Fogarty's Fifth Year class 5B have acquired an orange Re-Turn bin for the LCVP Portfolio coursework. It is located beside the vending machine in the hope that students and staff would put their empty bottles and cans with the Re-turn logo in it.
