Presentation College, Carlow was traditionally under the trusteeship of the Presentation Sisters but in recent years was transferred to the trusteeship of CEIST (Catholic Education, an Irish Schools’ Trust). The school is run by a Board of Management which is composed of parent, teacher and Trustee nominees.
Each year the Board of Management presents awards to students for achievements and recognition in the Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate and also awards the following: the CEIST Award, The Bridín Quinn Memorial Award and since 2024 the Board of Management has awarded the Nano Nagle Award.
